Go Noodle!: Check out gonoodle.com and by using an e-mail and creating a password. You can use a "demo class" or create a new group to represent your family. Go Noodle has a variety of different pre-screened brain breaks. Videos on this site include Zumba, active dance songs, races to run and much more. All brain breaks are free. Your "class" can earn virtual encouragement and awards for logging in and participating in brain breaks.
